FUN was the name of the game at the Ryedale and Whitby School Sports Partnership key stage one multi-skills festival.
More than 150 key stage one children took part in the event held at Caedmon School over two afternoons.

The non-competitive event was run by students completing the Junior Sports Leaders award at Ceadmon School.

The students devised and ran their own activities for the children, challenging and encouraging them in a wide range of games and challenges designed to develop their agility, balance and co-ordination skills.

Children from the following schools took part – Airy Hill, West Cliff, Lythe, Seton, Egton, East Whitby, Stakesby, Ruswarp, Danby, Castleton and Goathland.
